Shipping Policy

  • Standard shipping available.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Depending on your location, the time for your product to reach you may vary.

  • First shipping cost is provided by us.  Customers are responsible for all other shpping cost including exchanges and reshipping of products.

Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Ooowee. We only offer exhanges within the first 30 days of the purchase. If 30 days have passed, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Exchanges:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
